"I guess it's nice... All amenities are very expensive, no free water, coffee or breakfast. My mini fridge doesn't really work. I wouldn't pay this room rate to stay here, but I understand why other people would. Only here because of a paid work trip. Good things include: Centrally located, Good for conventions, Local transit nearby the staff has been helpful for the most part. Check-in staff was excellent. Also, the breakfast line at the Open Market area was very well managed. Think Chick-fil-A. Bruce at the Draft Sport Bar restaurant was really great. That guy can do a million things at once. I enjoyed my meal at Open Pallette. It was very good. Weirdly though, the host staff tried to dissuade me from waiting for a table. No one else was on the wait list. I waited 10 mins and was seated. It was strange."
