"While not the best Mexican food in a city of great Mexican food restaurants, the velvet Margarita is more about atmosphere and ambiance than food, but, having said that, everything I had was pretty good! Great Margaritas and awesome chips and salsa. Service was great and the group of my friends had a great time- which is what it's all about anyway, yes? I had the Top Sirloin Asada Taco Platter, which was good. Beans and rice were okay, not so flavorful, but then again, it was more about friends and the atmosphere. I think I prefer heading to the bar and having an excellent Margarita, but the food will fill your tummy either way..."
