"Rails is always a good choice for good fresh salads, amazing steaks, and tempting deserts. While DoorDash is great, the restaurant atmosphere provides something that my home doesnt.... but I dont have to get dressed to enjoy it at home. We both liked the food we had tonight. We also recommend the Osso Bucco, Wild Mushroom Quesadilla, and the Quail Penne Pasta.... but to be honest everything on Rails menu us great and made fresh."

"We drove an hour to go have dinner with family and my husband ordered a calzone.... Everyone's food came out except his and the waitress at that time said the kitchen made a mistake due to a shift change so they were remaking it. The waitress then asked him if he would like some chips while he waited and he said sure. After a few minutes the waitress came out and said she was not allowed to bring him chips. Everyone at the table was finished eating when the second attempt at my husband's dinner came however it was still wrong and had completely wrong ingredients. The waitress came over (after my husband had to go find her in the restaurant) and said that she made a mistake when she put in the order. By this point, we asked her to just remove the item from the bill since we had been there almost 2 hours and everyone was finished. My husband ended up coming home (another hour drive) and made a sandwich. The manager never came over and the waitress just laughed it off like this was normal. Will never go back"

"Better than ever , been over 35 years since I had their pizza and it did NOT let me down , my mom was a waitress there 35 years ago and I helped buss tables after school, I ended up connecting with the owner and my mom and I stopped in and we spent 4 hours talking about all the kids grand kids and great grand kids also the great times working there , it was a huge family , DeRango family and the food was better than ever !! So was the prices ! our pizza was not that much more than it was 35 years ago tasted even better and 2 sodas ! We had a great time and now that I moved back to Racine Co. We're going to stop more often , plenty to catch up on !! Robert D. Your the best dude !!"

"I was unsure about going to this restaurant based on recent reviews, but our group of 5 had a fantastic dinner tonight. The prime rib was incredibly tender, the lobster tails, Lobster Mac, and salmon were all outstanding, and our cocktails were delicious. The service was top-notch and attentive, despite the busy crowd. The prices were also very reasonable. I think some Millennials who give bad reviews need to relax. Thank you Jailhouse for a great meal."

"Today I went with my friend Tony to eat here. Our waitress was Taylor. She's by far the best waitress I've had for a long time. She helped with great suggestions. I have the 18oz Prime Rib, this piece of meat was so tasteful and delicate. It literally melts in your mouth with amazing favor. For appetizers I got the foam cheese, also known as Saganaki. That was also delicious, this was served with fresh baked bread, accompanied by their homemade honey butter. Everywhere we had a great afternoon dinner and I definitely come back. Thanks again Taylor for your great service today and kindness."

"Our waitress came out and asked if she could start us of with drinks. I told her I wanted something strong. I asked for a martini dirty. Gin. She said she didn't want to know what kind of a day it was. We had to bury my father. She tapped me on my shoulder. She came back with our drinks and took our order. I got the bourbon barrel burger. My wife got the Nashville chicken sandwich. The bourbon bacon sauce on the burger is amazing. Onion straws are salty and light. Just a great combination. My wife's sandwich was beautiful. It has a brussel sprout slaw on it that we are definitely trying to going to copy. Anyway when she came back with our check she stayed with us and talked about my father. It was really sweet. We actually came across the place the day after my Dad past. Work told me to go home and grieve. So we went for a drive going no where. Just wound up driving by. Will definitely be coming back to try the smoked meatloaf with the bourbon glaze on it.............it's been a few weeks. We came back and I got the meatloaf. It is tasty . The sauce is sweet and sticky. The green beans are good. Little bit of onion and bacon in them. But the mashed potatoes made me smile. Must be a pound of butter in them. the texture was fenomanal. The flavor. . I could come back just for a plate of them."

"The only way I could love PJ's any more would be to have it in Arlington instead of Irving. The food is always excellent like home cooked ... Better than home cooking of I compare it to mine. My absolute favorite pies anywhere. My favorite is coconut meringue. I highly recommend substituting a piece of pie for 2 (of 3) veggies on the blue plate lunches. Since the expansion, I haven't seen lines outside. That's how good it is though. People will line up and wait when it's busy. The staff is super friendly. From my first visit about 5 years ago until now, I've always felt like a welcomed friend and not just a customer. It's a welcome hometown feel in the middle of a bustling metroplex. I'd be remiss not to mention the cleanliness of the restaurant and the restrooms."
