"The location is fantastic, and there are some great items on the menu. However, the staff is unfriendly, inattentive, unwelcoming, and even rude at times—they were unnecessarily argumentative and defensive when mistakes were made with our order. Honestly, I’m not sure how this place manages to stay in business. During my three visits, I was often one of only a few customers. You would think they would put in a bit more effort. If you’re looking for a livelier atmosphere and more approachable, attentive servers, I recommend heading just one block down to the neighboring restaurants, which seem to have a better grasp on customer service. Again, the location and some dishes are excellent; I just wish they could match the welcoming and professional environment of the other restaurants nearby, which are always bustling with customers."
