"The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. I ordered through DoorDash and my order was incorrect. When I contacted the restaurant, the person I spoke to was apologetic and offered to remake my order. Even though I had never ordered from there before, my kids wanted funnel cake. However, within 5 minutes, I received a call back from the same person saying that her manager, Felix, had decided not to remake the order. This was concerning as my children have food allergies and the funnel cakes were not safe for them to eat. I expected better customer service, especially from the manager who didn't even have the courtesy to call me back himself. As someone in management myself, I know the importance of good customer service, and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I plan on contacting their company to express my disappointment. I do want to thank the young lady who tried to help, but her manager should have spoken to me directly instead of having a coworker handle it for him."
