"My experience at The People's Last Stand (Dallas, TX) was not a pleasant experience. The manager showed inability and the owner was unprofessional. I was at a party of 5, who were there to celebrate a Bachelorette. When it was time for our party to sit, there were no seats for us. When that happened, the manager asked us to sit on the couches to find out something (which was humiliating btw). After a few minutes had passed, she came back and said I'm sorry, this has never happened, but we'll have to sit at the bar. Frustrated by this, I asked them if there were any kind of accommodation, or support that would give us that we paid the full price like all the others in the room. She said she would call the owner of the facility. When she left, I noticed that she went and said something to one of the staff and it seemed that she was talking about us. I didn't appreciate it and it just upset me. While we waited for an answer, we sat at the bar and the class started. The bar was looked away from the trainer and we had to turn our back to even understand what was going on. While we were sitting at the bar, we had no materials. It was so bad that one of the staff behind the bar said he would help us. he was gracious enough to get materials for us. Then the manager came back and said that the owner said either we rebook or cancel the class. Since the majority of our party does not live in TX, there was no possibility that we could simply book again. I was extremely frustrated to be that we paid FULL PREIS to sit at the bar, with our backs away from the teacher. We were so behind what was to be done that the mangers basically had to tell us what to do. We were offered free recordings for the experience and to be honest that I was not impressed. I get free shots. I personally wouldn't recommend it. They were very unprofessional and poorly equipped for overbooking. It seemed that they just wanted our money and didn't care about our customer experience. And just make two drinks? Never again."
