"Always liked their Floridian, so when it came up as an option for a party of 7 I made a lunch reservation, for an outside table. The table was in a little cave-like structure, with another opposite and with seating only on one side, like in the Last Supper. This made conversation awkward, and it felt like we and the people at the other table were on display for one another. The beer selection was huge. Our party probably tasted about 12 different beers out of the 30 or so they had on the menu. Half of them were either mediocre (the red ale or downright bad (the Buddha light . Some were great, but the list felt very gimicky... with a margarita gose and a Key Lime Pie ale. The food was actually pretty good, though. The big surprise was that everything was served in take-out containers instead of on plates, with no explanation. If it was due to COVID, why how did they manage to serve the beers in actual glassware? (Their website doesn 't mention any COVID-related precautions, and has photos of food on actual plates... That, plus the fact that we were all sitting in one long row, made it hard to share the appetizers we got for the table. All of the appetizers were great, though, except the merely so-so yucca tater tots which weren 't crispy at all. The sandwiches everyone had were also very good, with the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the bratwurst getting the biggest thumbs up. When I walked through the inside area to use the restroom, it felt dark and dead and it made me glad we were in the awful outdoor cave. Overall, the experience was on the lower end of meh. Would still get a Floridian or one of their IPAs while out at another bar, but not there."
