"I'll start by saying their pizza is AMAZING. Best gluten free pizza I've ever had, hands down. I'm celiac and haven't ever gotten sick from a gf pizza here. My grandson is gluten free and dairy free, and this is the only place he can eat pizza intown. The rest of my family eat the nonGF pizza and enjoy it a lot too. Ingredients and flavors are amazing!! Their deliveryservice, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired. Self Lane seems to fairly regularly not send orders through, so oftenthe driver gets to the restaurant to pick up the order and it's not even started. And then I feel like I need to tip more asthey sit there waiting for it to cook. Sometimes gluten free options are just missing completely. Sometimes they don't noticethe GF note (required when the GF option is missing). I've actually been sent non-GF pizza and took a bite (huge no-no for me)before I realized it wasn't GF. I've also been sent fewer pizzas then I ordered as the order goes through wrong from self lane.There are times when it takes over 2 hours to get a pizza that Self Lane says will be there in 45 minutes. When I'm paying over$100 for 4+ pizzas, it's super frustrating to wait and wait and wait and .... you get the idea. So, try the pizza, but dine in,or order for pickup via the phone. They are always super nice on the phone and get the orders right."
