"The night we went to Holly’s Diner they were down a cook and working as hard as they could to keep up. Our meals took much longer than they should have but the waitress and owner apologized profusely and they made up for it by not charging us for an item. The food was delicious, as always, and we appreciated how they handled the snafu in their kitchen."
