"I drove 18 years past this place when I came to the suburbs every day and always said I would stop a day, but never. I was in a local bar and this place was suggested to get food because it was close. I had reservations because I had grown up to eat inn. Let me just say that I came back the next day because the pizza was so good! The wings are also good. Within 1 week I had food from here three times "

"Service great! Manager great, mother day brunch, not worth $60. who serves danishes for dessert? When I booked on open table nothing showed that there was a buffett dinner. Menu looks awesome and that's why we were going, not to eat a mothers day buffett, or i wouldn't have drove 45 min to get there. Food was warm at best, fried chicken soggy and warm, not crispy and hot. Steak was cooked well, but no flavor and cold/tough. I know it's tough to do a buffett and keep everythinghot. I would go back to try the regular menu though."

"Holy Cannoli! Where should I start? The food, the service, all top notch! My wife and I decided to try Fortunato's after hearing from one of our friends and boys, she brought us in the right direction. The seating is very comfortable, you do not feel squeezed or hurried in any way. It felt like Fortunato and his mother Maria would invite you to their house for dinner. As you sit, you will be greeted with homemade warm garlic bread! Literally the bread is made on this day on the grounds thanks to Fortunato a master pastry cook that we learned thru conversation. At the beginning we ordered the burrata, which came with freshly shaved prosciutto and a house dressed Arugula Salat. Phenomena! Then I ordered the Risotto de Mare and my wife ordered the spinach and cheese homemade ravioli that made Fortunato while we were there) in a mushroom alfredo sauce. Mmmmm! Both dishes were amazing. The portions are generous, the amount of seafood in the Risotto was abundant and I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! We finished our meal with excellent conversation with Fortunato and his mother Maria. We would also like to thank you, Koch Luca for an amazing meal! If you do not visit this restaurant, you are missing!"

"Funnel cakes were beyond old. Crunchy hard, tasted days old. No powdered sugar. Burnt ends meal was the same: cold, old, dry, seemed like leftovers. If the employees wanted me not to order again, mission accomplished. Will be the First last time ordering here."

"Our first experience was great, but the second time was terrible. We ordered food from the website and got an email back it was sent. Then another email about 10 minutes later the restaurant has not yet responded to the order and we need to call it. If I tell you we called about 20 times, I'm not even dramatic. It would only ring for a while and they would say the VM for faster service, order online THATS, which we in the FIRST PLACE. You could also talk to a man or send a voicemail to them. Of course they didn't answer, so let's say 1 we'd wait a little longer and then say a second about 30 minutes later, we didn't want our order anymore and don't want to be charged. This was a 2 hours ordeal of when we originally commissioned to get a hold of someone and continue to wait. ....Here we are 2 weeks later, we had forgotten (what was total on us) to check our credit card statement and just found out today WE WERE CHARGED. We also realized that we have never heard of someone, including the manager. I get you to be a busy restaurant, but it's ridiculous that you can't call us back the next day or answer the phone first. My husband just tried to call again and her voicemail is now full so you can't even leave a message. Now we have to deny our credit card. What a shame. Better."

"we had a 7:45 reservation on a week night. When we arrived there, the place was very empty. our greeting told us that they ran out of the boom so that they went out early. I think the business was so slow that they would close early and go home."

"I went there for Valentine's day. I ordered a cup of seafood gumbo, blackened redfish with mashed potatoes and salad. The gumbo and salad came out with the main meal which I wasn't pleased with. The fish was more like baked fish instead of blackened and my mashed potatoes were ice cold. I was disappointed for that because it wasn't crowded yet, but I will try it again just to see if the same thing happens. If that happens I won't go back. But the food tasted good and would have been fantastic if it was warm."
