"Food was not made as specified on their website. When i called to have the issue rectified they refused stating that it wasnt listed on their website. I double checked to be sure and they lied, their website lists sandwiches with ingredients on them that they claim doesnt actually come on the sandwiches. Their website needs to be fixed to reflect the ACTUAL ingredients of their sandwiches instead of lying to people. The one sandwich they did make right was gross. The meat was rubbery, hard and dry and flavorless. I will not be ordering from here again and i do not recommend them at all."

"We called in and ordered pizza and breaded mushrooms. The wait was decent at about 25min for dinner time, and the price was pretty competitive compared to the other pizza places in the area. I paid about $25 for both. The gentleman at the register was so super nice and welcoming. It was refreshing to encounter that, even though it was terribly hot in there. We felt for them! The pizza was pretty good. I like my sauce a little sweeter then that, but overall good. They will definitely be my backup to when Bartolos isn't open!"

"we traveled through richmond and my wife wanted to eat Italian for lunch. we found maldinis on google and decided to try it. the atmosphere and the eating are definitiv italian. the customer service was very good and accommodating. that explains 17 years in business at the same location. my wife had the chicken happy and it was great. the pasta mades definitiw as if it were homemade. I had spaghetti ragu and it was also very good. we only go through thru...but if we ever thru again and it is midday, we will make sure we visit Maldini."

"I stopped there the first time just don't happenstance. Was Wednesday at 6:00 and I had a 7:00 meeting and I was hungry. I ordered my go-to which is a cheesesteak sub lettuce tomato mayonnaise and raw onions and hots. Price was right it was under $10 and they delivered it to the table and shouted me a free soda. Thought that was a nice gesture. I eat a lot of cheesesteak subs this one was superb. Highly recommend it great place good people plenty of easy parking."

I often find it hard to finish an 8-inch sub because the meat just spills out of the bread. The crab cakes are made from scratch and prepared fresh every day. In my opinion, the best dishes are either the lasagna or the grilled chicken. The grilled chicken is marinated and grilled to perfection, and it’s incredibly tender—never dry. The lasagna is also homemade. When our order takers mention a wait time of 40-45 minutes over the phone, you can usually expect your food to arrive in about 30 minutes. We have plenty of drivers on hand to keep up with deliveries. Sometimes there may be a slight wait, but it's definitely worth it! Your food arrives piping hot in a cozy delivery bag.
