"I've been ordering from here for almost 4 years and it was great! Until tonight, when we order our pizza online like ALWAYS. I paid and got a confirmation that my food at 19:03 a.m. after an hour and a half hour for our food that I called at 7:30 a.m. and no one answered the phone, I knew that they were open because I always ordered on sunny days and Google says that they are open and my order went online. Now finally I came into my car and went up there and the open shield is turned on, the doors are locked and lights are out. Uhm! Really so now after two hours it?s now almost 8pm my kids are cats and I need to find out what to do for dinner. This is so annoying and very frustrating! Make it at least that your website does not allow orders when you are closed and update your opening hours on Google. So they took my money and not dinner for us."

"I only rated this high because of the very pleasant owner and the taste of the food. Otherwise it was one of the worst experiences we had because of the waiter who thinks he was so smart… We have been to NY for so many times and we have never experienced this. The waiter himself was also originally from a diffrent counrty but i think he has some issues with the counrty that we are from. First of all when he came to the table my husband asked for a wine list and he said you will ask for that later let me get what you want to eat. Then when i asked about a vegetable on the menu he gave a smart answer. He said I need to experience different tastes from different cusines and leave just eating my trafitional food aside. I was shocked with his answer but I chose not to be on the same level as he was! Then when my husband asked for the wine list again then he said leave that to me I will bring a glass of wine for you. Then he brought 2 glasses of the house wine which was ok but the attitude was terrible. Then we wanted to have a bottle of wine and again with the same smart mouth attitude he gave us a lecture by saying we should never ask for a house wine if we want a quality wine. First we did not ask for a house wine and secondly we had had house wines that were very delicious before. And at the end of the meal first we didn’t want to have a dessert but then wanted to see the menu. And this time again with his smart mouth attitude he told me those desserts are way different from the desserts that we are used to eat back home. I do not want to either write your name or your nation mr smart mouth waiter but you need to bring yourself together to be a better person! We have been to many countries probably close to your age and have never experienced this type of attitude! I do not want to under score this beautiful restaurant because of his lack of personality! But I hope the people eho visits this restaurant mever have to put up with this man!!!"

"the desolate and the owner were advised that the garnels were rotten. he was asked to smell the garnel – he said he was allergic to garnel. I tried to eat but got sick and threw in the bathroom. I didn't ask for a free meal or dessert. this was offered by the waiter and I refused the offer. the owner came by and he was very entertaining and unprofessional at the bottom right. he took $2.00 from the meal, but claims in another evaluation I ate 95% of the meal. that is a lie – to be exact – I ate 50% and threw 35% of the 50% in the bathroom. if I have eaten 95% why do not lose 5% of the owners iwber knows exactly why he accused and treated my friend and I bad. but I don't want to bring his prejudice into this, when you look at others crippled clearly that he is rude and evil. reddish reddish owners"

"Very cosy atmosphere. The level of cleanliness is just stellar. We walked in on staff cleaning up menus and we saw another staff member thoroughly clean after some guests had left. The service is also relatively quick. Our waiter was polite, courteous,andalways available despite the place being busy at the time we came in. Also you get a lot of bang for your buck. The portions aregenerous and a lot of the items are home made and taste so fresh. One of the best pizzas we've had in Dallas. Also, great placefor a romantic date"

"Absolutely amazing restaurant. My family and I are locals and we came across this place by random for Sunday brunch and decided to go in. Let me tell you, we are SO glad that we did. We had such an amazing experience..I hardly know where to start. The gorgeous, quaint setting in mid city with the large open windows to watch the street cars pass by and great jazz music playing to start off brunch were the first things we noticed. Then, our server was the most inviting, welcoming, enthusiastic person we could've asked for. I believe her name was Cathy and she should get all the credit she deserves. Now, the FOOD! OUT OF THIS WORLD. Oh my goodness, we ordered a bit of a variety and ended up sharing all of our food because it was all SO phenomenal. This place really knows how to create an outstanding, diverse menu and execute their dishes to absolute perfection. And to top it all off, one of the owners (or the owner's daughter, I believe? , came and checked on us and then proceeded to talk to us for a while about the background of the restaurant and our entire experience. That is the kind of personal touch that you just can't put a price on. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. This place was so great to us that we made such great memories here that we've already declared it an official tradition for us to return here whenever we all get together again."

"This is another DTS gem that I feel deserves more traffic. I didn't realize that this restaurant also has a location near the Venetian food court. I would definitely try this location again as well as the one in the Venetian next time I stay there. The Caesar salad was perfect as I Iove anchovy. The chicken parm was also solid. And instead of traditional Italian bread, they give you garlic knots which are great!"

"This family-owned Italian restaurant is absolutely delicious! The service was excellent and the menu had plenty of options to choose from. Located in the Grand Canal Shoppes, this small restaurant can be easy to miss, so be sure to ask for directions if you have trouble finding it. We started our meal with the best caprese salad I've ever had, featuring their amazing homemade cheese. The garlic knots were irresistible and you may find yourself asking for seconds. The pasta dishes we tried were all flavorful and the portion sizes were generous. Make sure to save room for a cannoli! We will definitely be returning to this restaurant."

"I'm only issue is the prices but the problem with that is all the prices in the area are the same now. The service is great. If you go in and Devin is your server or bartender you're going to get everything great. He gives excellent suggestions on what to eat. He'll tell you if it's a hard email or if it's a light male. If you're really hungry, what to get or not, the vodka sauce items are great and he suggested that to me and it was perfect it will Reminds you of old mafia movies which I like. He was very friendly. He was really the only person that I dealt with and it was great and they have a parking lot. It's small but they have one.Parking: It's small but free. Can be hard if you have a large vehicle"

"Chose this spot for a friends birthday brunch and had a reservation for 11 of us. Reservation was for right when they opened but they still welcomed us in early to wait at their bar while they finished setting up. Staff was very friendly and attentive, foodcame out quickly and everyone was served at about the same time, which is tough to do for larger parties so thank you to thekitchen. Had the brunch burger which was excellent, but I look forward to coming back for dinner to try some of their moresignature Italian offerings."
