"I was given a room next to the elevator bank where I was woken up every 30 minutes to an hour throughout the entire night, I contacted the front desk about moving rooms and they informed me, I 'm sorry the hotel must be fully booked I asked if they could check if there is another vacancy that they could move me to, they stated that it would be extra if i wanted to change rooms, the rate they gave me would 've doubled my current rate, this is insanity. This place has lost my business and anyone and everyone who asks for a hotel recommendation in Anchorage from me."
