"I have ate at this Local Chain restaurant in many places over the years in the Fresno metropolitan area. For the first time I have been disappointed. New Year's Day evening is the time of arrival around 5:00 PM. First customers of the day. Food was normal good quality and quantity. No problem here. Unfortunately, service of our meals was not normal, it was terrible. They were not prepared to serve dinner. It took in excess of 30 minutes to be served. Staffing levels were inadequate with only one waitress and bus boy each. Would I go back? Probably not at this site."
