"Ordered takeout during a week night and when you pick up outside the window you can see what a popular pick up spot this is! We didn't have a ton of interaction with the service but the food we ordered was ready fairly quick and we ordered early in the night. We ordered subz sangam, Butter chicken, Haryali chicken, Aloo paratha, Garlic and butter naan with white basmati rice. Everything was great and the portions were large! I ended up eating my subz sangam over 3 meals. The haryali chicken was a little spicy so bear that in mind if you are not a big spice person. Next time I'd only get the aloo partha and garlic naan because the butter naan was a little plain. We'll definitely be back."

"Stay away from the roasted duck curry with pineapples. Our roasted duck curry consisted of ONLY duck skin and chunks of pineapples. There was not a single chunk of roasted duck in the meal. Instead of telling the customer, they did not have roasted duck available, they probably put together some leftover duck skin in the meal and presented it as roasted duck curry. After pulling out over 6 roasted duck skin from the meal, I gave up, realizing there was not a single roasted duck small portion in tje meal but instead the meal was comprised of all skin. To make matters worse, this establishment does not accept accountability for the bad chefs or accepted what they did, instead arguing that they measure what they put in the meal. Customer service was non existent and me and my wife just still paid our $65 tab and I made a note of putting $0.0 gratuity for their atrocious and bad customer service"

"This is one of our go to places for Thai food on the West side of town. We usually order the papaya salad, crab fried rice, pad se ew or the pad thai for sure and of course a Thai tea. The papaya salad is pretty good with lots of flavor with green beanscherry tomatoes and peanuts. A very refreshing dish. The Pad see ew is also very flavorful with lots of wok hei. My finance'sfavorite is the crab fried rice with lots of crab meat. The thai tea is a little bit on the sweet side. I always forget to tellthem less sweet. We tried the chicken wings one sitting and didn't like it much so I will stay away from that. The coconut soupis good too with lots of flavor and lots of seafood. Other entrees we've tried is the spicy basil beef, it was just ok. Themango sticky rice is yummy as well which we if we have the room will order. Service is always good which them checking up onus, refilling water and taking away dishes. They don't have a parking lot but they have metered parking or you can park for freeon the residential streets nearby. We will be back."

"So, I am about to enter double digits in my Hungry Bowl orders, and Ive never been let down. My go-to is Pad Thai with beef add vegetables, and start with the veggie rolls. Splurged on the Banana Spring Roll for dessert this time, and lets just say these spring rolls go bananas. Delish and delivery is always timely. Not paid, but DD offered a promo on my next order for a review--its about time I left one anyways."

"Food was fine. Horrible customer service though. Told me to wait outside for my pickup order because the inside is for customers. Told them I was a customer, they told me no you?re pickup your not customer. Assuming they thought I was a delivery person I told them I wasn?t delivering I called for pickup. It?s pick up only right now. There was one customer inside, he was an older white man. There?s covid sized space for 4-5 people inside. Yes, yes I am black."

"Plenty of parking by the restaurant. There are several restaurants in the shopping plaza however, most were closed when we went during brunch time. I guess this area is more for happy hour/ dinner. We originally wanted to sample different restaurants so ordered only appetizers. Drinks were on point. Tasted delicious and a good amount of alcohol. Xiao Long Bao aka soupy dumplings: not as soupy compared to others and still a bit larger than what I would prefer. It should be one bite size imo. The filling was pretty tasty. But wished the dipping sauce had some ginger instead of it being in the filling itself. Chicken Egg Rolls: nice and crispy, very flavorful. Scallion Pancakes: light and crisp. Was pleasantly surprised. Just wished each order came with more! Chicken Lettuce Wrap: flavorful just the filling is a bit salty, but wrapped in the lettuce it was perfect. Service was a bit lackluster, but maybe he was just having an off day. A dish we ordered was forgotten :"

"There were 4 of us and we sat in a nice booth on the left side. We were approached quickly and asked if we wanted to place a drink order which we did. We ordered the Asst. Appetizer plate and said we would place our order a bit later. Appetizers were good but some choices only had 2 of that choice making it hard to share with 4 of us. Two of our dinner orders came first which were curry dishes, After 5 6 minutes they brought the shrimp dish but no dinner for #4 of our party. She had ordered Pad Thai. A full 10 mins. after the 3rd dinner came was when she got her dinner. She wanted us to start eating when our food came rather than they get cold. If we had waited, it wouldn't have mattered that they be cold, we would have refused to eat since our friends dinner turns out (according to the waitress) to be made in a special section of their kitchen while the curries are made separately and the other main dinner in another section of the kitchen. Now, wait a another minute!!! Knowing the curries are fast to spoon into a bowl, wouldn't you put those orders in a few minutes after putting in the order for the one item that takes the longest! No apology until we asked what the issue was and why which turned out to be irrational. I had actually seen another review that mentioned their food did not come out at the same time in a timely manner. P.S. The food was good, but appetizer plate not shareable for 4 Vegetarian options: Many dishes have no meat and patron is given the choice of which protein they want added to their order and many have coconut milk (plant based) for those that are dairy free. Plenty of vegetable to request in dishes offered with tofu for vegans. Parking: It is in a large strip mall parking lot but the restaurant is hidden in the only corner and not clearly visible. Park near the newer store next to it which is a beauty supply large store. Two words and first word Cos! Kid friendliness: There was a baby nearby whose mother took her out of the dining room area so as not to disturb other patrons. So thoughtful of her. Know that other children are sometimes just loud. Not a romantic date or special occasion area big dining room."

"I cannot express how upset I am with the service I experienced today at this restaurant. The older man with tattoos took our order and rushed us. He was walking away as I ordered and wasn't even finished. Then he kept rushing me In a disrespectful manner. At first I believed it was because it was busy but then I saw how he treated other customers. He handed the check and thanked other guest but he slammed our check and just walked away. I would never recommend this location until you reeducated your servers.I ordered the yellow curry and the chicken was dry. The curry itself was watered down as well. No flavor."
