"I am so disappointed that I actually feel the need to leave an honest review for others to know before spending $13 on a 16oz cup of flavored, chunky water. The smoothies were so watery today and mine was not blended well. My husband's tasted like if you're trying to make chocolate milk, but replace the milk entirely with water. Yuck. For mine, I was pulling up chunks of banana, ice, cashews, and dates through my straw (or stuck to the end). I had to toss the last quarter of the smoothie because there was no liquid left, just chunks. They are not how they used to be thick, creamy, and filling. Bummed, but will find another place to go for smoothies from now on.I would have gone back to politely ask for a new smoothie or have it re blended, but the line was long and service was very slow because there were only 2 people working and a lot of orders. I had already waited a very long time, and I didn't have any time left to go back.Positive side: The kids behind the counter were so polite and professional. I appreciated that."
