"We have ordered here before in person and it was pretty good. But the last couple times we ordered to go the food was dry and over cooked, barely edible. We both had the southern chicken sandwich this time and the chicken was dry, overcooked, very gritty and then we had to wait 30 mins past the point it was supposed to be done for gross food.
