"We ran into a bit of a hiccup when our reservation was missing, even after we received a confirmation email. It could have been a major issue, but thankfully they accommodated us right away. This gave an impression of disorganization. The Thanksgiving buffet was decent; while some dishes were just mediocre, there were a few that stood out as exceptional. Our waiter was fantastic, and the atmosphere was just what you'd expect. Overall, we had a great time. It was a bit pricey, but isn't everything these days?"
