"I remember coming to this place about 8 years ago and loving it. The food ambience, all of it was perfect. Needless to say when I visited again, I expected more of the same. However, that is not at all what I was met with. The food paled in comparison, and quite honestly was objectively bad. I got the Bone Marrow Chimichurri and duck tacos for appetizers. The bone marrow was nice and well balanced, however lacking sustenance a dish should have. The duck tacos were dry and lacking flavor. However, at this point I wasn’t very disappointed, as the drinks I got were quite good. However the absolute most disappointing aspect of this meal, was my main, the Pichana, which I had read about. I ordered medium rare. It quite literally came out medium well/well. When I informed my server, my friend noticed that the kitchen looked upset at me which is baffling to me as it was not even near medium rare. They remade it, and I told the waiter it could come out closer to rare, however, when I received it, it was black and blue, slightly seared on the outside, completely raw on the inside; it was insanely chewy, and it lacked any flavor at all. The next disappointment was dessert. It wasn’t that it was bad, it was the fact that it literally took 35 minutes to come out. In fact, the whole meal was terribly paced. Our apps took about 25 minutes to come out, our mains over 30 minutes, and our second round of drinks about 20 minutes. Our server probably checked in about 4 times in this 2 and a half hour period and never apologized for the delays. Between the outstanding amount of time we were at the restaurant, the overall lack luster flavors of the food, and the failure of cooking a steak (twice in a row), which, for a restaurant at this price point, is quite shocking, the experience was quite a bad one."
