"Today, I visited this restaurant with my friend and we were met with a very rude server. She gave us strange looks and seemed offended when we asked if our drinks could be mixed or frozen. The drink had no flavor and when I inquired about milk alternatives, she responded with disbelief. As someone who works in a Boba restaurant myself, I don't understand the need to treat a new customer in such a manner."

"This tea spot in downtown Mountain View is a must-visit. I last visited in 2014 and remember it being spectacular (especially their roasted barley milk tea), but my recent visit earlier this month left me disappointed. The tea flavor seemed weak and the drinks tasted overly sugary. I tried two different drinks on separate occasions, but had the same disappointing experience each time. However, the boba had a good texture and level of sweetness. Keep in mind that this establishment only accepts cash payments."

"I usually buy tea from this place, but today I noticed that I have been charged for green tea in Mango flavored tea which always come with green tea or black tea. I say that because the price list at the counter shows Flavored tea $4.25, I added cheese foam $1 and crystal bubble $1, the total should be $6.25, but the cashier charged me $6.75. "Service: 5/5 Snow Ice: 6/5 Drinks: 6/5 People: 7/5 I come here waaaayyy too often. My friends and I love coming here for the snow ice. Lychee and Thai Tea are my favorite flavors for snow ice. Topping wise, Eggpudding and Passion Fruit Tapioca is my go-to. The strawberries are always fresh when I get them. Thai Tea and the Jasmine Green Milk Tea are my go-to options here. Fun tip: you can add more flavors to the drink. The staff is fantastic! They were extremely friendly and very sociable. They remember me when I walk in the store. I always feel welcomed here. 10/5 would return daily. LOL. Keep up the great service and food!"
