"Put me on the same list as others who have questioned how anyone can give this restaurant a one or two star review. There are literally complaints that the portions are too large, which in this day and age strikes me as being more than a little contrarian. Yes, the portions are large and many, if not most entrees could be shared unless you have a really big appetite. As can the salads, but both the menu and staff articulate that their food is intended to be served family style. Others have complained about the service, but our experience was that this is possibly the most hospitable and welcoming restaurant at which we have dined in many years. My wife and I shared the combination, chicken and beef skewer plate, which included two portions of rice, more than half of which we took home. We also had the dolmeh appetizer and a side salad, and all of the food was perfectly prepared and delicious. They also offer a generous validation subsidy for parking at Horton Plaza across the street. We will return as soon as possible and my only recommendation to other guests would be to try and bring a party of at least four or more so that you can try a few different things without being overwhelmed by the amount of food. If every restaurant treated their guests with the consideration and warmth that we experienced restaurant dining would be an exponentially, better experience across the board."
