"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The tall blonde guy who wears glasses reminiscent of Jeffrey Dahmer was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My daughter has a serious allergy to habaneros, so I made it clear that we needed to avoid anything containing them. Later, he informed me that the guacamole had a small amount of habanero in it and even suggested that I taste it. I became quite upset, as he seemed to dismiss the seriousness of my daughter's allergy and insisted that I take the burrito anyway. When I requested a remake, he outright refused. I then asked for a refund, and he told me to come back later or the next day, stating he couldn’t issue one at that moment. After a lengthy argument, I decided to leave. The complete lack of care for customers’ wellbeing at this establishment is astonishing. As a chef myself, I believe our goal should be to make people happy, but his behavior did the exact opposite. He showed no empathy for our situation. If I were the owner, I would consider retraining him, but I wonder if kindness can truly be taught—it seems to be inherent in a person’s character. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this place."
