"I was in the nearby hyatt regency hotel for a business trip and decided to taste this unique restaurant for dinner. my colleague and I had a delicious experience in this very interesting environment - the lido is essentially on piers from the pedestrian bridge. the Rhine, and a beautiful environment for the creative and beautiful meal we enjoyed there. the waiting staff was very welcoming and had great suggestions for us, including the lobster bisque, which was easily the most delicious version of this suppe I have ever eaten. in particular, the lobster pieces were cooked nicely and melted in my mouth - so tender! the presentation was beautiful, as the suppen bowl was placed in front of us with lobster, green apple and a perfect queen of cream in the middle, and that was poured up to now over this table side. I enjoyed the nebraska bark short rib (especially cool as I grew up in nebraska, which was delicious and filled. we were also presented with an amuse bouche by hummerwurst with delicious sautéed mushrooms of different species - a wonderful beginning. Although we were too full for dessert, we got a dish with bite size chocolate / mint sweetness, a chocolate petit four and a tiny tasty Macaron cookie. Delightful ende to a beautiful meal, in an unforgettable environment."
