"A bustling lyonnaise style bistrot in the Pâquis area of Geneva. The decorations and tables were all in the classic style. The service was very welcoming and quick. If you are into steak, this is the place, go no further. From sirloin to fillet steak (Tournedos) and their famous beef wellington (call in advance for it), all are cooked to perfection. Just perfect !!! Brasserie atmosphere, ultra-mastered cuisine and cooking of meats, fast and efficient service, legendary place...what more do you want? Go for it without hesitation.

I was in Geneva for two days and visited Bistrot du Boeuf Rouge both days. The ambience, the cuisine, and the spirit of the restaurant made my meals memorable. Carlos and Pascale are great — if you’re in Geneva, I highly encourage you to visit Bistrot du Boeuf Rouge!
