"As others have said, the tofu “scramble”was really well made veggies felt fresh and cooked well. Personally, I was at first thrown off because I thought this leaned more like a stir fry than a traditional breakfast scramble with the tofu chunks and flavor profile, but it was still delicious! Fair warning for pet parents they do not allow dogs on their patios any longer so leave the fur kids at home. Also, you cannot do walk up to go orders. We did end up getting ours to go through call in and they gave us butter pads in the to go bag. Good place overall and I would definitely eat here again."

"Their posted hours of operation on the day my family and I showed up was until 6 pm. We got there at 5:07 and were looking over the menu. When we approached the window, the employee told us they were closed when they were clearly not done in the cooking area (orders were being prepared). We weren 't given any explanation as to why they were closed, we could only gather that maybe they had a bunch of orders to get done before 6? We weren 't sure. Can 't rate the food, since we didn 't get to eat here, and they didn 't offer any sort of reason why we couldn 't be served. Maybe next time we 're on the coast... Owner has since replied, saying have a heart! and people like you harass them all day! We weren 't given an opportunity to enjoy your place, much less harass your staff! My family and I were tired and hungry from travel, and were excited to get a little bit of local fare. We wouldn 't have wasted our time coming to your place of business if you had posted something more appropriate for your Hours of Operation. May I suggest: 'OPEN When we get there. CLOSED when we 've had enough for the day ' Edited my rating down to a 1 star."

"Cannot say enough good things about this place. Love the style of service, ordering at the front and sitting to eat. The food is just amazing, I don't need to write about it you just have the get in line and try it. The best dining experience I've had onthe Oregon coast. While we ate, we shared a table with a lovely local older couple who went easy on us for coming in from townand watched salmon with us literally jumping out of the water next to the patio. FOH knew how to handle a crowd and was sofriendly and on top of it with everyone. There is a GF pasta option if you ask that's also made in house!! Can't wait to comeback again!"

"My wife and I have eaten here many times. We came in for breakfast on 9/11/2022. Having a great night's sleep at the Bunk House Inn. We ordered our food, had our coffee and juice. When our food arrived, there was something missing so I asked if we couldget it fixed. She took the plate back and returned with it. Slamming it on the table as we said thank you. Return a few momentslater with the check. Then cursing in Spanish. We got up to leave after this. She blocked us from leaving, telling us she wascalling the police. Customers were shocked to see this. The other exit was locked. Other customers waiting to come in, we wereable to leave. This waitress should be fired. We didn't stay long enough to see if other customers got up and left. They werejust as shocked."
