"I have been a loyal customer of Cookie by Design for many years. My company has used them to send baskets to clients, my family and friends all use them as well. I recently placed an order to be delivered for a friend’s birthday on March 25. I got a confirmation email for the order but that was it- no tracking number, nothing. The basket was never delivered. I reached out but of course they were closed for the weekend. Here we are three days later and the basket was delivered this morning. What a perfect place for a last minute gift! The basic bouquet we got was more than we expected! The cookies were so delicious, and the icing was perfect!We will definitely recommend to our friends and family! We will be back to order more!!! Thank you for such a great gift!!!

Ordered a cookie bouquet for Valentine’s Day for my mom and sister. Since they don’t have a local location any longer, the basket came via FedEx from their Dallas branch. I requested it to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, it got delivered on Sunday, so 2 days in advance which is not a big deal. But when we opened the box, some of the cookies are already damaged and some have fallen off the arrangement, so it doesn’t look presentable at all. I used to order from them all the time, but unless they open up a new location in Houston, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
