"I've been visiting this particular Dunkin’ Donuts for years, and while I don't typically write reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience today because of the two gentlemen who served me. They were incredibly helpful and polite, truly putting the customers first, which was wonderful to witness. I asked one of them if he was the manager—his name was Brian—and he mentioned that he wasn't, but the way he ran the store made me question why he wouldn't be. To me, there was no other manager present; it was just a fantastic experience with great coffee and excellent staff behind the counter! The omelette bites were terrible; I couldn't finish them. Additionally, the chocolate croissant was overcooked.
