Good Chinese food take out or eat in with a small daily buffet where you can select from. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rice or lo mein and one buffet item is currently $3.50. I would give it five stars but the broken floor tiles need to be replaced and the lavatory updated.

Great food, great price. Some of the best American Chinese food, not authentic but still delicious. If you are trying to decide between expensive 'authentic ' Chinese restaurant that will most likely turn out to be meh and this absolutely great Americanized Chinese spot, there 's not comparison. Empire Express every time.
