"I would give this place a zero if I could. I am from Bloomington and have not made it to feast yet. I have heard good things about this place, and decided to take my friend who had recently moved to Bloomington to CELEBRATE HER BIRTHDAY. Upon arriving the host was extremely dismissive, and barely spoke to us. Once sat, it took at least ten minutes to just receive water, this was not even our server yet. We asked for a drink menu, and never saw her again. We continued to sit outside for another 10-15 minutes without receiving any greeting from a server or support staff. So we ordered a cake through the Feast. Our baker was a lady named Ashley. GUYS!!! She did a Hella amazing job. Our cake turned out perfect. Thank you again Ashley so much for your help!!!! Meal type: Other Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great food! We sat outside, and it was such a great atmosphere. I have a severe food allergy, and I asked about the salad I got, which they said had no nuts. It was delicious, but truthfully I think there was something in the dressing, because I had somewhat of an allergic reaction afterwards. I was able to calm it down with Benadryl though, so must've been one of my more mild allergies like pecans. Maybe not enough precautions taken in this aspect. Dietary restrictions: Again, I don't think their waiters are well informed, because there was definitely a nut in the dressing for my salad. "not sure how to start with an honest assessment at all. birthday dinner for me and the woman. two burgers ordered, medium well tempos. the burgers received them and they were well done, dry and a bit carved. the server stopped when the food was delivered and she did not see it again until it was time for the check. had a general manager there in the meantime to appeal to the burger. asked the gm what they thought that the temperature of the burger he was paused (as if he tried to find out what I ordered) and came back with a medium well answer. burger had zero pink in him (see in the pictures.) he said nothing else, not I'm sorry, is what they ordered, or how can we do that better for them. Nothing. I took the plate, shook his head and went away. I can't even put this stuff up if I wanted. had the jack, mentioned eating to the server, they asked us if we wanted dessert, we went back and that was it. no birthday or a good night. we felt kind of like we had done something wrong, no matter what, honestly, if they were looking for good quality food and great customer service, they don't come to pittsburgh blue. they can get a lot better food everywhere too much better preisen! we have been driving for years to pittsburgh blue, especially the location edina and the quality/customer experience have been falling for years. why did we go back? big question, we advise that we hope for this complete dinner (customer experience and food quality) that we have many years ago. by the way, pittsburgh blue also calculates a 5% safety/benefit fee, not sure why!? I have not seen anything justifying a complaint (sanitizing, etiquette, etc.)"

"The staff at the hostess desk were very friendly. Our waiter was excellent! The food was delicious and the ambience was very comfortable and pleasant. The only thing that would make this review perfect is if they reduced the price of the signature sour drink, which is currently $16. The presentation of the drink was great, it tasted delicious, and the ice cube with the word “Crave” on the bottom was a cool touch. The only downside was that there was not enough liquid in the glass, so the value of the drink falls short of a 5-star rating."

"We absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is delicious, and the service is consistently attentive and professional. We also appreciate taking a leisurely walk around the lake after our meal. The only suggestion for improvement is the noise level, which is higher than desired. It would be beneficial if measures were taken to reduce the echoing in the room. As someone who is hard of hearing, it can be difficult to hear conversations at the table due to the lack of sound absorption."
