"Beautiful location. Absolutely the worst food I've ever eaten! We ordered baked clams that were disgusting. Never in my life have I ever tasted baked clams as bad as theses. All bread and tasted like tomato sauce. Not a clam to be found or tasted. The crab cake was so bad and overcooked, overpriced and again did not taste like any crab cake I've ever eaten. I have Philips frozen crab cakes in my freezer that are 110% better that what I was served here. The iced tea was so watered down it might as well just been water. On a good note the French fries were okay. Two others had shrimp tacos. The shrimp were like rubber and no taste at all. I hate to say it but Stay away from this place for any...

Food was great! My wife and I go by boat often given the easy docking. However, you get there, you will always have a great time. Saturday night they had a singer at the bar that was fantastic !

Ate there yesterday on a beautiful November day and while I love location food sitch not great , everything comes out together COLD covid is over hire some wait stuff and do this right , next door can be your original way

No longer fisherman catch now called clam bar and it sucked Need to order at a window find an open table put there supplied table locator and they deliver the food. Ruined a great outdoor on the bay restaurant will not go. back. Have been a customer for many years Go next door to the buoy bar.

"I came here for a bday brunch on a Sunday, food was great, service was good. This is a black owned establishment and I love the food and culture it represents. Try the lemon pepper wings OMG crispy like Korean fried chicken and seasoned so well. Also had the salmon and grits from the brunch menu. Salmon cooked to perfection. Some other dishes my family had was the shrimp and grits (so yummy) and the steak and eggs. On Sundays there's a selected menu for brunch. They play great music and unlimited mimosa specials. I've also been here to try the regular bbq menu items one friday.. drinks were great and everything we tried was also amazing (buffalo fried shrimp, rack of ribs, more wings, empanadas) highly recommend if you're on the mile or in long island in general looking for some good bbq food which is a rare offering in long island."

"After we get a good evaluation of the family we decided to give heneghans another attempt. in the past, the quality of food was not consistent. I couldn't be disappointed today. we ordered a hamburger and chicken sandwich with buratta. the chicken sandwich was cold and soggy. the hamburger was ordered “medium”. it came less than rare. the outside was kard, but the inner texture and color was raw. we couldn't eat the hamburger. we like to support our local businesses, but the quality must be there."

"Welcome to freeport 's nautical mile, where each restaurant costs it a poor and a bein even before pandemic and inflation for food that is usually subpar. then there are taco Tuesdays, although there is neither a bar or a sitdown restaurant, it is where it can get affordable food that is also quality for the price. I have had the pleasure to meet and talk with the owner john at some locations, as in these days we pay more for less when it sends out and john really appreciates his customers telling me how he 't up the prices until he absolutely necessary to put it out, as long as he could, because he 'd rather load more customers by a little less than expend. all that aside, for a walkable windowhole in the wall type of the facility is the food great and even offers lunch specialties on weekdays and 3 for $12 tacos on Tuesday, which are offers for steak, chorizo and garnelen tacos that would cost a few more dollars more otherwise. they also have a food truck as I first discovered their food after a friend high time ago years ago during their humble beginnings. it is a jewel on the mile going a drink somewhere different, but save her money on food by going here before or after"
