"Visited this restaurant prior to going to a wine tasting and loved it. The restaurant is situated on the grounds of the Williamsburg Winery, and the setting is cozy and relaxing. The service was a bit slow at times, but the waitress was knowledgeable about the wines and food. We ordered Pimento Cheese to start. The cheese was fresh and consisted of high quality ingredients. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a **** Mary. The sandwich was delicious. The chicken was cooked well and the cheese was warm. The bread was a bit hard and tough to eat. We've been there many times. They have wonderfully prepared food and great service (with period entertaining). Very friendly staff. The last time we went one of the staff found out it was our anniversary and before the end of dinner everyone was clapping for us presented us with an anniversary card. It was an all around great night!
