we came to a coffee to try this place. . . coffee itself is very good, but the service is soouou slow! it took forever until we picked up our order, not to mention the payment - they pay better immediately.

As ManEater has already described, it has also happened to me in the spring. they walked from the Ulmer Münster to this location, in the outdoor area there were already tables and chairs placed, so that they sat there. Then for a time nothing happened until after a felt eternity a female operation with the card came. I then said, a coffee for lunch is too early. Then again determined 15 min. waited until the coffee came. The interior is very nice, even outdoors you could sit well, but the long waiting till you get served, I give you with pleasures 2 .

this place is an absolute must in ulm, also now, where there is another gastro business at every corner (boomstadt ulm:) good small dishes and snacks to the business dinner and cake to the afternoon tea/coffee. dinner in a relaxed atmosphere - not sure if you can make table reservations? they have a selection of the excellent Augustinian beer from a few!
