"Food really good and tasty here. There is an English menu available on asking ! My favourite is the ‘ Vild Vestener’ and although it sounds pretty mad the orange mustard is yum ! The people working here are polite and busy... food is prompt...and good quality... the chips are yum ! Beer is good too .. cocktails mock-tails interesting and different... All round a great experience ..."

Right on the main square of Essen, this restaurant is offering a very woody decoration. We went there right on the opening on bank holiday: the place was therefore quite. We were welcomed by friendly staff who made our lunch enjoyable. Lunch or Dinner formulas...gives you good value for money.

Our accomodation was in the same district of Hans in Glück and walking around we've noticed this particular restaurant where the trees grow between the tables. Beyond the particular and really nice location, we've appreciated also the quality of the food, both the hamburgers and...the beers. You gotta see and try it!
