"I am horribly disappointed with how bad this location has become. For my last several visits, the orders have been low quality; mis-prepared; or flat out wrong. For instanceI ordered an 8pc meal/extra crispy. I received 5 small original legs; 1thigh, and one wing. Not only was the order NOT an 8 piece meal; not extra crispy; no variety expected in any 8 piece order; they gave me a wrong side. Today, they messed up a simple 2 piece meal by NOT giving me what I ordered (dark meat IS NOT white meat), and forgetting part of my meal. This restaurant has severely gone downhill in recent months. Obviously not being well managed"

Hours on here say midnight. The door says 10:30. Employees refused to take order saying they were closed.

I tried to buy food here four times. twice they were spelled out when they were out of the boom and the 4th time they screwed up the order. just buy from somewhere else.

I put an online kfc order at 925pm. Paid and got receipt and confirmation my order will be ready at 935. I get there at 935 and wait at the counter and see 1 person in the back cleaning. 5 mins go by and a girl walls up and says have you been helped. I say no but I have an online for Ryan to pick up. She says ooo sorry and walks away. 5 mins later she walks back and says they are closed. The manager I think then says we are closed and can 't make anything. I said thats why i put my order in half an hour ago. He said that he couldn 't do anything and I should be refunded. Disappointing
