"The food was amazing. Everything tasted so good. The servings are large and we all took some home in boxes for later. Everything was plated beautifully. We came here for happy hour and tried the Cheese Croquettes which were a big disappointment, no flavor which so ever and the table service is mediocre.

Sitting at beertables underneath Bayerische Flags, one can enjoy German pints and various dishes like ox knuckle and Cheese Spätzle. The schnitzels are actually pretty good, be careful don't burn yourself as they're served very hot.

I've visited Ludwigs twice now. Both times, the staff have been prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food is tasty and filling. It is pleasantly obvious that some of the food items are homemade. The restaurant as a whole is clean. I gave the atmosphere rating four stars only because I am not used to being at a German restaurant that plays easy listening music. Overall, I really like Ludwigs and recommend paying a visit. Don't forget to bring your appetite.Vegetarian options: Ludwigs offers more vegetarian and vegan options than most other German restaurants.Parking: There is a public parking lot at the rear of the rear of the restaurant.
