Bagels are decent here but the service is horrible. Especially the girl working the coffee bar. You can tell she is very unhappy and seemed bothered when we asked her for more half and half as it was empty. Avoid her at all cost. Today is Friday the 22nd. She is the one wearing a visor hat with a pony tail.

The atmosphere is nice and is a cool place to get a bagel or coffee, but definitely not my first choice. Even when asked, the bagels are never warmed/ toasted. Some of the works are slow and are sufficient to do simple tasks. Their coffee is good but sweet, depending on what you get. If they toasted their bagels like requested I would enjoy it more, but every time I go I ask them to do this simple task, they somehow cannot comprehend it.
