"Please give credit to this amazing crew at Noodles in New Berlin. I had to ask for the specific names who work here... Makayla, DeWayne, Jess, Lucia, and Isaiah are excellent employees who are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I'm a singlemom of two small kids and I rarely take my kids out to eat. From picky eating, to wild behavior, my kids are hard to dine outwith. The few times I go anywhere, we go to this Noodles. The only place both my kids will eat. The staff was very friendly,patient, and helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and to make my job as a mom alittle bit easier. I never leave reviews like this, even when stuff is off a little bit, but this is just kinda pathetic, and it keeps happening. We order extra sauce for our Penne Rosa dishes because we like a little more. It feel like they see we ordered extrasauce and purposfully put pretty much nothing on the actual food, and then proceed to put hardly ANY sauce in the side containerthat's supposed to be the extra. This was TWO extra sauces! That's 2.50 extra. This is pathetic.

Unhelpful Employees. Everything was fine with my food however I spilled my water and there were zero napkins available and when I asked for help from an employee she gave me three napkins (for my massive water spill) and I asked for more and she justignored me and walked away. I ended up using the bathroom paper towels (the brown ones) which as you know aren?t very absorbent.Wound up finding a bin of rags in the back hall to clean up my mess with, however, employees were zero help.
