"Longtime customer. I used to love their Teri deluxe combo with the salad, but I found a fly in the salad. Low and behold another person had the same problem 7 months ago. It took two phone calls and coming back in to the store to get a full refund. No I don’t want a voucher for a free chicken salad that I just found a fly in but a full refund. Horrible customer service. The kids at the front are always nice and friendly but management get your act together"

"I placed an order and they charged my card. When I went to pick it up, I found they were closed for a couple weeks (per the other Barsha in Manhattan Beach). The website should have shared this information, and they should not have taken my order. Very poor management. Now, I have to try to get my money back. Bad business! Will not order here again."

"I'm sorry I don't remember the name of our waitress. It was efficient, attentive and extremely helpful. She made our experience 5 stars. We wanted a stand on the back because of the noise, but could not be accommodated, although the tables were empty when we arrived on time1 And even if other reviews of the paella were not the best we were happy enough to be there when they served seafood Paella and it was delicious."
