"If I could give a 0 rating, I would and only for the fact that a senior manager will end up seeing this. I am generally worried for the employees at this location. I walked in for my online order which was to be ready by 5:05pm and I didn't get my order until almost 5:40pm. I'm not upset about the wait to get my order, I am upset for the lack of help for the young lady working by herself. I walked in and there was 6 people waiting in the store; 1 was an online order. This store is running on bare bones and needs help from higher up management to either close earlier or get staffed. Period. It's not fair to these employees to have to be stressed liked that. I am disabled and must order through DoorDash. After placing my order, 3 delivery people were replaced and finally Papa Murphy's cancelled my order because they didn't have some items. All I ordered was a Cowboy pizza. At 5pm on a Saturday you're out of items? I call BS. Be sure I will tell people to avoid this location.

Very dirty restaurant, long hair not tied back while making food, one cashier and same person making food and she she did not wash her hands. No medium crust, had to have large crust would not even discount the order. Very disappointed! Very unfriendly.. I have not been there in years, I will not return to this establishment.

I went to pick up some pizzas for dinner yesterday, and there was a sign cash only. I was a little confused, but I still walked in. This lady who works there kindly explained that the credit card machine was not working (hence cash only) and they could only accept online orders. All of the employees were super BUSY!! There were about 20-30 pizzas waiting to be picked up and a lobby FULL of customers. Myself and another customer were struggling with the website because it malfunctioning also. This same employee lady stopped everything she was working on to assist us with placing the order online. The customer service from all of the employees was so superb. Thank you to everyone at Papa Murph...

"Thought this would be more interesting than it was; Oysters on the half shell were served at room temp not on ice... very old interior and unimaginative menu. It was OK we had fun anyway. The server seemed inexperienced but tried hard and that was appreciated. With all of the other area restaurants I'm not sure I'd go back, although we were there on a Monday and I understand they have a better vibe during busier nights."

"let me start from the moment I arrived, until the moment I went, I was treated so well by all the staff. this place has a deep feeling, and that was an experience you can get nowhere else. the host who took our beverage order donna was so incredibly friendly and up to the earth, it felt like making a new girlfriend. the waitress we had (I can't remember her names, but she had dark hair and a fan to make sure she wasn't heated over while serving that I thought was an incredible idea) was exceptional at point and friendly. she made sure we took care of every moment when she noticed something was running low on our table. we were so comfortable with her, we could talk about everything! she was amazing! they start at the bar where they can order a drink and plan their order. Once they have ordered their food, they close their tab at the bar and then they are moved to their edible for their meal. they get a radishes board that includes sweet, pickel, olive and paprika. it was a delicious start and is free with its meal along with brot and salat. my coworker and I ordered both a rib eye. we shared a side of creamy spinat and sparing (the side orders are more than enough to share I did not want my steak rare or medium rare, but in between, and the boil nailed it. the outside of my steaks was perfectly presumed with a delicious crust. the au jus was a bit salty for my pleasure, but it has improved the taste of the steaks. my steak was perfectly boiled where it melted in the mouth with little wall on chew. I almost cried, that was good. I was so incredibly impressed by all the experience, I will be more than happy to make sure that I have this restaurant every time I have to say to wisconsin (I am from ohio but travel to wi for the work the only thing I have to tell the owners are: bravo"
