"Not recommended!! We ordered a 600g farm chicken and we got a dung scraper that weighed almost 400g. We also called and sent a Whatsapp picture, but apparently a chicken loses so much weight when it is cooked. The fries were quite soggy and not edible. And the chauffeur poured out the vanilla sauce from the apple strudel and all we got was an 'excuse me '. That was the last time we ordered there, so I 'd rather buy a chicken at Migros and put it in the oven, firstly it 's cheaper and it tastes much better."

I waited 2 hours for my food.. it came lukewarm, soggy and absolutely inedible! wish there were 0 stars.. borders on fraud

Worst delivery service anywhere on the lake, no order for 3 hours and then given as an excuse they don't know anything about it. REALLY DISRESPECTIVE

Ordered at 5:27pm. Confirmed at 18.30h. Courier called at 7.20pm, couldn't find the address. Not a word about the delay. 50 minutes late we had eaten by then and didn't need the food anymore. The courier then got cheeky and said I had to pay. Customer friendliness and service are foreign words here.
