"We made a reservation at this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, we were not happy with our experience. Despite being aware of how busy they were, we were seated almost 30 minutes after our reservation time. While we anticipated a longer wait due to Red Robin's reputation for long wait times, we assumed that having a reservation would ensure that we were seated within 15 minutes of our designated time. The restaurant was packed, which we understand, but it would have been helpful if it was made clear that a reservation does not guarantee an immediate table and instead puts you on a waiting list."

Don't be concerned about the noise from the trains passing by at night, as there are more pressing concerns to address at this upscale hotel located right by the highway. Regrettably, the manager is not very hospitable.

This was our first time making a reservation at this restaurant. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the experience. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait over 30 minutes before being seated. We understand that the restaurant was busy, but we had expected to have a table reserved for us within 15 minutes of our reservation time. It would have been helpful if it had been explained that the reservation was more of getting our name on a waitlist rather than guaranteeing an immediate table.
