Was there during the Vince Neil concert, so very loud. Food and service was excellent. Hard to find the entrance too, as things were fenced off for the Grand Prix. I would return.

Risu is a hidden restaurant in downtown Long Beach. It’s on the second floor between parking garage and apartment. There is no real outside signage so you really have to pay attention. Once you do find it and make it to the second floor you find a small restaurant, mostly outdoors, in the corner of the building on the rainbow walking bridge. It truly has a lot of potential. When we got there we initially sat outside but they had no outside heat source. Once they get that going it really could be amazing.
