"This Sonic used to be so good a few years back. But we always have an issue now. This last time, today was AWFUL. Spent 25$ and EVERYTHING was cold when we got home....we only live a minute down the road. We ordered boneless wings, the chicken tender meal and a foot long cili dog. It was just inedible. Also we opened their ranch...it was so old, it was separating( I almost threw up). My husband called to address the problem. She said if the food was brought back, they would replace it. Went back, the young girl was very rude, said they would never do this for us again( though we never have in the past) said we probably wouldn't be back and she said that was fine. How disappointing.
