"Soya is a small Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Kreuzberg. We went in the area in the evening and had a little table outside. It was already quite dark, as there was no lighting or a candle on the table, the reading of the map was already a challenge, and the food could be seen only later on. We chose a selection of Vietnamese appetizers such as summerrolls, dumplings, Vietnamese pancakes and fried tofu. The food was okay, but not outstanding. We often go to Berlin to eat Vietnamese and have already been served much better food. Probably it is not the best idea to eat in the heart of Kreuzberg, but I was here and I was hungry. The location is very trendy in Berlin style. The choice of food is large but it's a bit expensive and the food in nothing more than standard. I am sure there are lots of better viet, even in Kreuzberg.

Easy vegan kitchen serving seitan based burgers, fake-salmon spring rolls and various tofu dishes. I found everything to be well prepared, nicely presented, and tasty. Service was a bit weird with me having to go inside to get a menu, the server giving off grumpy vibes. Still, good food, good wine, nice price setting. Good eating.
