"What a happy surprise to find this BRAND NEW place! The original place we were heading to was closed so we decided to take a chance on this one. It is adjoined with the meat market next door, so we thought it would probably be ok. This restaurant specializes in seafood, which is a refreshing change from the usual mundane menu options found at every other Mexican restaurant. This restaurant is no longer in business. I asked the clerk at the neighboring store and she confirmed that it has permanently closed.

While passing through Cashmere on the way to Methow Valley, we had planned to stop for lunch at El Chiavo. Unfortunately, they were closed so we decided to check out another restaurant with some hesitation. With 4.5 stars and only three reviews, we weren't sure what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the reviews were accurate. This restaurant is fantastic! The food was high quality and the staff was friendly. We really enjoyed our lunch here.
