when we showed up, they said they had no reservation for us, but they had us a table.

there was no hostess or someone who received us when we were there. we tried to talk to a bartender who seemed like one of the three people working there, and he seemed surprised that we were there. we went to the end because nobody talked to us or somehow engaged us, nor did we see someone we're talking to.
