"I did not get a single piece of meat and they still rang me up $11.99/lb. When I asked the lady behind the counter why it was not $9.99/lb, she said because you got things from the salad bar! The place is clean and cozy, good service good price, the food was good but I have a better option. What takes out stars they don’t have the grill meat as other restaurants, anyway the food is fresh, is good and warm. I liked.Food: 3/5

So I devoured the food before gettin pics but it so good everything was super fresh and so many options that everyone was pleased including my very picky 7 year old nephew the prices is very reasonable and the environment was very welcoming clean and staff was super nice …

I went on friday, there was a caterpillar cooked into my brocolli. i tried to get a refund on sunday because i had a religious holiday on saturday where i could not BUY or EXCHANGE and i saved the evidence like they told me. I also was not in queens after friday. I was not able to get a refund on sunday morning even with my receipt and the piece of brocolli… usually love this place, not going anymore.
