"Probably, the worst Wendy's I've ever been at. Was doing drive through on 10/26 close by midnight, so about an hour prior closing. It looked like all the employees there wanted to leave earlier and were extremely disappointed that the needed to serve another customer. All seemed very unfriendly. Had to repeat the order multiple time as the person was barely able to hear me while talking to someone in the kitchen. Eventually, still messed up the order bring fries instead of baked potato asked. A staff lady that took my credit card, has never got it back. This is a really good Wendy's I live nearby and go here frequently. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is always good and fresh.

I waited in the drive-thru 20 min. I was not able to leave the line because I was boxed in with other customers waiting to be served. The food was not hot and my burger was not cooked well. The server forgot my frosty. I probably won't be back. Wendy's has gone down hill for me.

WON'T BE TOLD TO MICROWAIVE FAST FOOD! Bought a large order with several burgers, fries, frosties to eat with brother. Got home found they charged for large fries, but didn't give. Called, staff picks up, laughs, hangs up calls like it's preschool. Drove all the way back. No apology. Low level employee stepped up to yell at us for not checking the contents. Told us to microwave the already cold food.
