"From entering the staff were very pleasant, wished my daughter happy birthday before we were seated. My server was wonderful. Explained the preparation of the dishes and interacted with us throughout the service. the manager came by to check on when and I had a dish redone due to the salt content. it was a beautiful experience"

"On a busy, cold night the check process needs some work. After parking and allowing everyone in our party to walk up to the restaurant you are then told to go back to your car because they are about minutes behind. You could mention this on the reservation site. They had a nice heater outside for people waiting but it wasn’t working. When we got our table it took minutes to even have someone acknowledge us. The food was mediocre with overcooked pieces of fish and undercooked pieces of fish. Quite an accomplishment!Won’t be going out of my way to eat here again"

"I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. I've been a loyal customer of CS for years, especially after moving away from Marble Slab. However, for the first time, I found myself searching for my mix-ins. Receiving just 3 gummy bears, 2 pieces of pineapple, and an overwhelming amount of coconut doesn't exactly foster loyalty! I realize that supply issues may be affecting availability, but it's important to be honest about that. Misleading customers by giving the impression that you can meet their expectations and then not delivering is frustrating and disrespectful. I paid extra for additional mix-ins, yet I didn't receive the quantity I requested. I won’t be returning; this isn't just an issue with delivery—it's a reflection of the restaurant's poor customer service and failure to uphold its brand standards."
