"To begin with, I have been to Victory Italian before and had a fine experience, so hopefully this was an isolated incident. During my most recent meal at Victory Italian, I had a waiter that was so rude he literally made me fear I was in danger (he kept touching my shoulder and back when he spoke to me and acted hostile for no apparent reason). Additionally, we ordered a pepperoni pizza and were given a pizza with no sauce or cheese, just piles of pepperonis and when we mentioned we wanted a pizza with cheese and sauce the waiter told us that this was not how pizza was made and was passive aggressive from that point on. Furthermore, a rude bar back came and took our plates without asking and spilled our silverware on our table without picking it up. An all around upsetting and creepy experience for a restaurant that is fairly expensive."

"I was angry at first. We ordered our food to be delivered at 9pm on 8/24; My debit card was charged right away. It was supposed to be delivered ETA 10:08 pm. I tried to call the restaurant and eatstreet but the restaurant was closed. Eatstreet didn'trespond either. So today 8/25, I spoke with the restaurant owner and they never got the order. She called Eatstreet and I got myrefund back. My family and I still decided to eat inside just because it was so close and we were so hungry. OMG, we are glad wedid. The food was delicious and full of flavors. Better than any Mexican restaurant I have eaten in Nashville TN. We will becoming back."

"Excellent table service with a cozy and casual vibe. I had a perfect Manhatten and we shared a lovely bottle of red with our meal. The charcuterie plate was loaded with excellent meats and cheeses. Loved the octopus, though also could have been grilleda slight bit more gently. The NY steak wasn't our favorite, a bit overcooked and stringy, but still flavorful. Cheesyorecchiette was rich and yummy. We'll definitely be back to enjoy a cocktail and try some of the other menu offerings."

"really good game selection here. there arnt just arcade games, there are plenty of physical bar games like ski ball, air hockey, pool, foosball, and shuffle table. it gets pretty busy on weekends but so does everywhere else. but ive never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for service. place would be five stars if some of the games were free or if they were cheaper overall. ski ball is like $1 a minute for how fast the games are"

"I came here once with a friend and did not disappoint. I decided to come here recently and brought my parents alongside and they loved it. We tried the Lime chicken soup, and it was delicious! It's definitely one of our favorite places from now on. We left the place very happy. The customer service was phenomenal, and it moved at a very quick pace. For everyone that have not come here yet, we recommend you guys to come in and give it a try."

"I orders here for delivery, the tacos had no flavor at all, at one point I thought the meat was boiled and thrown into a tortilla. The journey didn’t stop there as the Al Pastor was greasy and again lacked any overall flavor. The chile relleno taco was dripping in grease and tasted like old frying oil. The chile was just spicy and lacked any assistance to the flavorless tacos. The tortas had rice in them which for some reason made the torta taste sour. Paid over $60 and on top of that got my order wrong ordered a large horchata got a small."

"Saint's Alp is really a treat! We were in the area and their outdoor menu really stood out! Glad we decided to dine here! The service was quick and the menu is full of such authentic cuisine! I tried the lamb chops with black pepper mayo sauce....trustme is tasted sooooooo good dont let the name scare you away)! The lamb was super tender. Fair prices, nice portion sizes,and quick service. Add this place to your list!"

"It took me a while to write this. It was last year December, I was wandering around the city to try to find somewhere cozy to sit and try to celebrate my birthday. This was a trip I made to try to enjoy life in general and leave behind bad thoughts, I was going trough a really hard time, it was my birthday I was alone in a city miles and miles away from family and friends that I had to leave behind for a while to get back to myself and heal from a really bad last few months. I still think of what the food there was, that it was so delicious and good food that it made me forget of the bad things, I really appreciate what I think the manager did because even though he didn’t say anything he saw that I wasn’t having a great time, but don’t get me wrong the food it was the best Italian I’ve ever had outside of Italy and the beer, wine and cocktails selection is so good. I am planning to travel again and actually enjoy it even more than I did. I got a salad that it was so good, the pasta to die for that is made there, the dessert ufff no words to describe and I want to go back there and thank in person for making not such a great night into something that I still till this day I remember and want to go back."

"Umami caught the attention of a friend and myself while driving by. We stopped in for dinner and we’re not disappointed. There was a large menu with a wide variety of options. I got a noodle bowl and my friend got the sushi. The noodle bowl was great and the sushi was some of the best we had ever tasted. The atmosphere of the restaurant felt very cool. It was definitely memorable. There were many windows facing the streets to allow in the light from outside. It’s worth a stop by if you are looking for authentic Japanese food."

"we visited chicago and my friend came completely randomly over Ramen-San. as we both love smokers we decided to try. I ordered the Tonkotsu wheels and a reis plate of the Karaage chicken and for dessert we ordered the hot donuts. everything was delicious. the place was great, the atmosphere was great, and our server was amazing! when we visit chicago again, we will surely come back!"

"The ambiance was great, the food was amazing, but our service was quite slow. I ordered sake when we first sat down and it never arrived. Then only at the end of the meal was I able to get a refill on the water that was brought to us at the beginning before we ordered anything. I did ask a few times (each time we ordered more food). And my husband wasn’t able to get refills either. If we didn’t love spicy foods it wouldn’t have been so bad. The server was nice, but being in a back corner we were certainly an afterthought. I would try it again though"

"The wait staff is very inept at this establishment. We sat for 25 minutes before having to flag over a waitress, we were never checked on to get another round of drinks or anything (hello, run up the bar tab is waitressing 101! . Manager was accommodating when we discussed these problems, but it’s a bit too little too late at that point. Redeeming factor was the pizza, which is quite good, if a bit overpriced. Definitely can pass though, it’s Chicago so there is great pizza anywhere."

"Everything about this place was perfect. When you walk in, it feels like you are transported back in time. It’s casual but there were also people dressed nice, so it’s up to you. We all did the tea service. For $40/person, it was a decent amount of food. We were all full and all of the teas were amazing! Highly recommend giving this place a try."

"I'm giving this place 5/5 stars and here is why: 1. The sushi is shockingly good. I didn't expect this walking into a very small restaurant where we were the only customers. I always tell my wife, if we want to blindly try out a restaurant, we should at least try the ones with customers already inside. Well, I stand corrected. 2. They served us water as most restaurants do. But, they failed to mention this is cucumber and lemon water. When we tried it, we were surprised and worried about contamination. When we told the restaurant manager about this, they totally understood.. apologized and even gave us free ice cream. THAT is how you manage a restaurant. We didn't even expect the free ice cream but we were so grateful to be heard! 3. The prices are excellent. Really good. I do not suggest the crab rangoon. The sushi was fresh and fantastic at his price point. Service was good and even though a mistake was made... it was fixed and we gave a hefty tip because they really deserve that."

My family made reservations to celebrate a birthday and was completely blown away by atmosphere and super friendly service. All great food options with fairly large portions. Appetizers were delicious. Cocktails well made. Entrees were so fresh and flavorful. Great music. Great staff. Great location. Perfect choice for a great time in the city. Server was Janelle, she was very kind and attentive to each guest in our party.
